Lynée Alves is the President of Think Brighter, Inc., a professional business coaching company. Her experience includes a successful 19-year career
working at the Chicago Tribune in a variety of positions in advertising sales and sales management. During her ten years in sales management, she held
multiple positions with multi-million dollar revenue responsibility and direct staff management. During this time, she also held the position of Publisher and
Director of Sales and Marketing for three niche advertising publications, including the New Homes Guide, where she worked directly with new home builders
of all sizes.
During her corporate career, Lynée actively coached her direct reports at every level and she developed a very effective and engaging leadership style.
She was regularly asked to serve on internal committees and inter-departmental teams in order to help improve processes and deliver results.
